This podcast is hosted by the women’s ministry of Harvest Bible Church in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Our mission is to glorify God by making Him known to a culture that’s been turned upside down. We have a passion to begin bringing biblical reform to womanhood, by helping women think Christianly in all seasons of life. We break down current trends and seek to bring biblical clarity to those challenges. Above all, Our prayer is that this podcast will help women know God and worship God, resulting in transformed hearts and minds.
And we all with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is spirit. (2 Corinthians 3:18)

Monday Apr 21, 2025
Caring for our bodies is biblical, obsessing is sinful. We hope this podcast gives you a bit of encouragement to move towards a biblical mindset of how to think of your body, as a Christian. We will be discussing these questions:
1. What does stewarding your body actually mean?
2. We all know what we SHOULD do to keep ourselves healthy. Why don’t we actually just do it?
3. What do you incorporate into your daily routine to steward your body? Q. What are you doing now to prevent disease and extend health?
4. How many of us think through why we do what we do? For example, do we just eat what we grew up eating? Do we grab what is quick?
5. When does healthy living become extreme or obsessive? How can we use discernment in this area?
6. Where do you lean on this topic as far as parenting?
7. Who should we trust?
8. What do we need to know to have a righteous mindset of our bodies?

As women we have been designed to be helpmates and life givers, but we also have a sin nature that seeks to dominate and control. We often have an inner battle that rages, because we want our husbands (or future husbands) to lead and protect us, but so often we get in the way of them. To encourage our men to lead, we must step out of the way, pray for them, and ask them questions before decide for them. Listen in to this and more, as we discuss the following questions:
1. How should Christian women view dating?
2. How can we encourage Christian brothers to lead and initiate?
3. What do we need to know about the differences - God given- between men and women?
4. How do we think through Eph 5:23 as we begin dating?
5. What character traits should be non negotiable?
6. What about equal vs unequal yoking in dating?
7. How can we respect without expecting them to meet all our emotional needs and end up smothering him?
8. Should we make a list?
9. And we introduce the Hospitality of the Half-Circle!

We couldn't possibly say it all in one episode, but here's a start, to get you thinking about the importance of being on mission with Christ, before you start dating. Listen in as we discuss the following questions:
1. How do I know God’s will for my life?
2. For some women, having children is a terrifying thought - depending on your upbringing, if you have siblings or not, your outlook on life in general - what if she doesn’t want to have children?
3. For those who desire marriage and family, how do you live well as a single woman?
4. I used to wonder when I would meet “THE ONE”. How do you know who to marry?
5. Is our only purpose as women to get married and have children? What if there is no desire to get married or have children?
6. How long should a single woman live in her parent’s home?
7. How do you stay sexually pure for the long haul?
8. How do we navigate as parents of teens, how to help our daughters have a healthy view of dating and commitment and marriage? Some young girls can get so obsessed with the idea of marriage, or waiting for that part of their life to happen, that they can’t fully serve the Lord where they are at. Or it could even be the opposite, where there is too much pressure on our young people to meet and marry at a young age, that they don’t even want to try.
